Do you love Pilates?
The great outdoors?
Then our Back to Nature Wellbeing Weekends are for you...
Escape to your secluded location in the Norfolk countryside for a weekend of Pilates, Yoga, Mindfulness and more. Stay at unique, eco campsites, glamping in luxury tents (complete with duvets) and feel at home in the great outdoors.
Wellbeing activities will be led by local experts and the group size limited to just 6 people. Simply enjoy each activity and relax out of doors, ending your Saturday with time around the campfire.
Complementary therapy treatments are available on the Saturday at an extra £25 per person. Choose from 25 minutes of Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy massage, Reflexology or Crystal Healing to get some valuable time to yourself after the days activities.
Meals are provided, made from locally sourced ingredients, with tea and coffee available throughout the weekend.

How do I book?
The cost is £160 per person based on two sharing a tent.
Please complete a booking form for your party (at the bottom of this page) and email to: email@example.com alternatively contact Claire Gurney for a form or postal address.
Once your booking form has been recieved you will be sent an invoice and you will need to pay a 50% deposit (50% of your total holiday cost), to be received within 5 working days, to complete your booking.
You will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance after we have recieved your deposit. The remaining balance will need to be recieved by 2 weeks prior to the holiday date.

With Rachel Cross
Enjoy a Hatha based Yoga session on the Saturday afternoon, which will focus on re-connecting to nature. A gentle warm up will be followed by a series of held postures and your yoga session will finish with beautifully relaxing Yoga Nidra, to consolidate the work of the session.
After a restful evening, the Sunday morning session will focus on re-awakening and rejuvenation ready for the day ahead.
With Claire Gurney
Boost your energy levels and stretch away tension with Pilates. This core focused method of exercise strengthens and lengthens your whole body, improving balance, posture and quality of movement. The focus is on controlled, co-ordinated movements, training your body to move at its best. The wellbeing weekend classes will be mat work classes involving a warm up, followed by standing and floor based exercises, finishing with a relaxing 10 minute stretch.
Pilates is suitable for people of all levels of fitness. It is a “low impact” more gentle form of exercise. It can be easily adapted to suit those with aches, pains, injuries and restricted mobility.

Meditation has many health benefits, it will help you to relax, quieten your the mind and reduce stress, and anxiety, to help bring more focus, creativity, and happiness into your life.
Using NLP techniques this guided "Being in nature Meditation” taking place on the Sunday of the retreat will encourage you to access the feelings of being in nature easily, to bring peace and wellbeing for the week ahead, as you end your weekend.
Mindfulness is a mental state of non-judgemental awareness. Its is achieved by focusing on the present moment, while noticing and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Mindfulness comes from a traditional Buddhist concept. Buddhists believe by being more aware of the “lived experience” and our connection with others we can achieve a sense of wellbeing.
This mindfulness session with a nature theme will encouage you to focus on the present moment, your feelings and the beautiful surroundings of the Norfolk countryside. Mindfulness can bring focus creativity and happiness to your day by encouraging relaxation and wellbeing.

Rachel will be offering a selection of her Therapies on the Saturday afternoon for you to enhance your feeling of Wellbeing. On offer will be
Holistic Massage-bespoke treatments tailored to your individual requirements (chose Deep Tissue work to focus on a particular area of tension or 25mins of pure relaxation).
Aromatherapy Massage-using soothing or revitalising blends of pure essential oils, applied to the body in a gentle massage.
Reflexology-a very relaxing treatment that uses compression massage on the soles of the feet to re-balance the body’s healing system.
Crystal Healing-a basic Chakra balance to realign the energies of the body and bring balance back in to your life.
All treatments will be £25.00 for 25mins and will need to be booked at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Whats the accommodation like?
You will be staying in luxury, robust “Oztent” glamping tents. Each sleeps 2 but can be booked for 1 (at an additional cost). The tents have a large sleeping area with comfy Oztent campbeds and cozy duvet’s!

Each site has toilet and shower facilities on site.
Both sites' facilities have a nice "quirky" feel and are different from the usual communal shower blocks or dining huts you find at average campsites!
Meals and dining areas are provided either outdoors or under a roomy shelter in case of bad weather.
Activities will take place outdoors, or in a large tent or shelter in case of bad weather.

What should I bring?
We will supply everything for your Glamping Accommodation and all the equipment for the activities. All you need to bring is your clothes, and other essentials. No electricity is available so please bring battery based chargers should you need them.
